The new interface standardizes on colors and is easy for users to navigate.
For customers in non lottery states, the user interface has been simplified to have all shift activities and shift end buttons in one screen.
For our customers in states with lottery, we have rolled out “bin swapping” feature that allows agents to swap games from one bin to other very quickly. Agents can find the bin swap feature in Lottery Activity Log.
